Bringing French Pâtisserie in Sydney
French Cakes Sydney was founded in 2012 as an online business with James Travouillon as the Chef. James and his family have been in the patisserie and bread industry for a century. James is the 3rd generation of French patissiers as his father was a pastry chef and his grand father was a baker. James arrived in the mid 90s in Australia and took over the iconic Paris Cake Shop till he decided to change his business model to an online business allowing home delivery.

French-trained chef and pâtissier, James insists on using French chocolate (which is the only one to be pure cocoa with no extra fat) and does his own hazelnut and almond paste and custard! He only uses real vanilla beans, free-range eggs, A2™ milk, proper butter.
