It’s a French tradition every January to eat the famous Galette des Rois. Our Sheherazade version of the Galette des Rois tastefully combines puff pastry pie, almond cream, with a Sheherazade twist of rose flavour and lychee!
Galette Des Rois celebrates the epiphany with the arrival of the three (3) wise men with their gifts. In each Galette, there is a token what we call “la feve”. The one who finds it becomes the king or the queen of the night and will wear the crown!
