It’s a French tradition every January to eat the famous Galette des Rois. Our chocolate version of the Galette de Rois is made with puff pastry pie filled with almond cream. This is to celebrate the epiphany with the arrival of the three (3) wise men with their gifts. In each Galette, there is a token what we call “la feve”. The one who finds it becomes the king or the queen of the night and will wear the crown.
